The platform facilitates the matching of microloan and credit offers between individuals seeking loans and licensed financial institutions authorized by the Central Bank of Kenya to provide credit services in accordance with Kenyan laws and regulations, including the Microfinance Act, 2006 and other applicable financial sector regulations.
The platform itself is not a financial institution, bank, or lender, and does not bear any responsibility for credit agreements entered into or their terms. All financial obligations arise solely between the borrower and the selected licensed credit institution.
To apply for a loan, users must complete registration and verification on the platform.
